Residents further benefit from food cooked and prepared by our highly regarded chef Sue. All meals are prepared on site, and both restaurant and in room dining services are available. Menus are frequently changed, and can be adjusted to cater for specific dietary requirements. Guests are welcome, and special occasions always celebrated!

Here at The Gables we provide 24 hour dementia and respite care for the elderly in a friendly and homely environment.

Situated in the picturesque town of Netley Abbey, The Gables is within close proximity to the Hamble River, Solent waterfront and a number of local shops and tearooms.

Residents have access to a range of entertainments, activities and outings in addition to one-to-one time with our dedicated staff.

Residents are served three meals a day, as well as mid-mornings snacks and afternoon tea with home made cakes. All meals are freshly prepared and cooked on site by our talented chef Sue.

Individual dietary requirements and personal preferences can easily be catered for, and we aim to provide both interesting and nutritious meals.

Special occasions are always celebrated, with birthday cakes, meals celebrating religious occasions such as Christmas and our annual easter egg hunt, which is popular with residents and visitors alike!
